A native of Ohio, Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in photography at Brooke's Institute in Santa Barbara. After residing and working in commercial photography in the San Francisco Bay area for 17 years, Paul, with his wife Suzanne and two boys, relocated to British Columbia to fulfill his long-standing aspiration of becoming a REALTOR®. Their vision was to reside in a smaller town, close to ocean beaches, hiking trails, lakes, and wildlife, while raising their children near family and friends. After moving to Vancouver Island in 2009, Paul initially worked as a professional photographer for corporate clients such as the Empress Hotel and Shawnigan Lake School. Following the attainment of his real estate license from Sauder Business School at University of British Columbia, he joined the team at the family-operated real estate company Pemberton Holmes Ltd.
